SHIPPING POLICY

We ship every order directly from our warehouse in Norcross, Georgia.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $75 (contiguous US only).
  • Standard shipping for orders under $75 is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Expedited shipping (2-day and overnight) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping: 3-7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited shipping: 2 business days after processing.
  • Overnight shipping: 1 business day after processing.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. BookDawg Sports is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Pre-Orders

When an item is explicitly marked "Pre-Order" on the product page, please allow up to 60 days for processing before shipment. Pre-order ship windows are estimates and may be subject to production delays. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the in-stock items will ship immediately and the pre-order will ship separately when ready.

Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to PO Boxes via USPS. APO/FPO addresses are supported but may experience longer delivery times.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at info@bookdawgsports.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and replace your order if appropriate.

Order Changes and Address Updates

If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, contact us at info@bookdawgsports.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made before the order ships.
